Jadesola Adedeji

Jadesola Adedeji is a Pharmacist by training, a Business Strategist by experience, and an Educator by passion. Jadesola’s mission is to transform education in Africa by equipping youth with 21st-century skills through innovative STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education.
She is the Co-founder and CEO of STEM METS Resources, a company dedicated to bridging the educational gap by providing hands-on, experiential STEM learning for children aged 3 to 16. STEM METS has partnered with renowned organizations such as Airbus Foundation, Stanbic IBTC Bank and ARM Holdings, delivering world-class STEM education across Africa.
Since its inception in 2014, STEM METS has reached over 30,000 learners and trained 580 teachers, indirectly impacting over 80,000 students annually. The company has also co-convened eight STEM Africa Fest , a Learning Festival across Nigeria, Ghana, Zambia, and Rwanda, reaching more than 16,000 learners and expanding to The Gambia, Sierra Leone, and Kenya in 2024.
Jadesola has been recognized for her contributions to STEM education and social impact. She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from King’s College, University of London, an MBA from the University of Calgary, Canada, and an Executive Program in Social Entrepreneurship from INSEAD, France.
Jadesola is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in education and envisions establishing Africa’s first STEM Maker Space to foster creativity, innovation, and technological advancement for future generations.
